Working tirelessly on his own farms, Reyes meticulously cultivates only Cuban-seed tobaccos. He then selects only the highest quality primings and subjects them to triple fermentation and slow, careful aging to rid the leaf of every vestige of harshness. Only when the tobacco is ready does Reyes transform it into his renowned cigars.
