A smooth, toasty number by Perdomo.  When Nick Perdomo is on, he’s on. Tierra del Sol is one of those times. It’s rich off the bat, with a dark chocolate flavor and a very smooth - almost soft - and quite mellow character. At the midpoint it acquires a rich, toasty, slight charcoal flavor with hints of cedar and leaves an interesting tangy aftertaste that swathes the palate. You could smoke them all day long. Highly recommend. The crazy price is just the icing on the cake.
