NOTE: When you place your order and check out you will see a section to put a note regarding your order. Please specify what month you would like us to start the club membership, what is the club recipients name and any message you would like included. You can also let us know if you want to receive an actual gift certificate via email or postal mail so you can give the certificate to the recipient. Without a message we will assume the shipment starts the 15th of the month.
