Oppose Generational Smoking Ban in California!

Dear Cigar Patrons,

We want to bring to your attention a serious threat to your ability to enjoy premium cigars. Assembly Bill 935, introduced by California Assemblymember Damon Connolly, seeks to ban anyone born after January 1, 2007, from ever purchasing tobacco products, including premium cigars. We believe this proposal is not based on scientific evidence, but rather on a political agenda that seeks to restrict the freedom of adult cigar patrons.

Bans on tobacco products have been introduced and implemented around the world, including in New Zealand where a similar measure was enacted in last year only for those born before 2009. These proposals are ineffective and only serve to kill small businesses and restrict consumer choice.

As a premium cigar retailer or consumer, you know the unique nature of premium cigars and the joy they bring to millions of enthusiasts around the world. We urge you to join us in the fight against AB 935 and any similar measures that threaten your right to enjoy premium cigars.

Let your voice be heard and help us fight for the rights of premium cigar enthusiasts. Together, we can make a difference.

Please fill out the information by clicking on the button below to take action TODAY and protect your ability to enjoy premium cigars. California so far, and it could hit your state as well.
