The Top 4 Cigar Villains

The Kingpin

Often times, cigars have been seen in association with status, wealth, power and of course, untainted evil. It’s not uncommon to see some of the most underhanded, two-timing, and manipulative bad men and women on television, in the movies, and in literature, all sitting behind a thick cloud of smoke surfacing from their lit cigars.

Here are 4 of our be-loved cigar-commanding evildoers you might know very well [insert menacing laugh here]:

Villain # 1: General Thunderbolt Ross: From the world of Marvel Comics comes villain General Thunderbolt Ross. He’s known as the arch nemesis of the Hulk. General Ross is continually hunting the Hulk and’s seldom seen without a cigar in his mouth.

Villain #2: The Kingpin: Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. “The Kingpin”, rules New York City’s underworld in both the Daredevil and Spider-Man comics with an iron fist. The Kingpin’s one of the most fawning and dark characters in Marvel Comics. This wealthy executive knows all the tricks of the trade when it comes to organized crime and fine cigars.

Villain #3: Xenia Onatopp: Xenia Onatopp is probably better known as the villainous “Femme Fatale” in the James Bond film GoldenEye. This former Soviet fighter pilot enjoys killing, racing fast cars, and lighting up a good cigar.

Villain #4: Baby Face Finster: Baby Face Finste is the pint-sized gangster who dons the disguise of an orphaned baby in order to rob a bank. This Looney Tunes character may look like a harmless baby; if it wasn’t for the thick shaped cigar in his mouth and the machine gun in his tiny hand.

Now we ask you, who’s your favorite cigar-smoking villain?
