The fine selection of Herrera Estelí cigars released in 2018, crafted by master blender Willy Herrera, includes the Herrera Estelí Brazilian Maduro. Boasting a dark Mata Fina wrapper grown on plantations, and a stalk-cut Connecticut Broadleaf binder with Nicaraguan long fillers at its core, this cigar is sure to not disappoint. Willy explains: "With the Herrera Brazilian Maduro I wanted to take full advantage of the floral and earthy flavors of the Mata Fina tobacco. Among the superb cigars released by master blender Willy Herrera in 2018 is the Herrera Estelí Brazilian Maduro, featuring a dark Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper which envelops a stalk-cut Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan long fillers at its core. Willy explains, "The Brazilian Maduro is my expression of the floral and earthy Mata Fina tobacco - usually used as binder or for accents in the filler - but I wanted to emphasize its dynamic and singular texture."

The Herrera Esteli Miami Lonsdale (6" x 44) is a masterpiece when it comes to construction, draw, and flavor. The Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers are joined by a Sumatra binder to form a medium to full-bodied blend. The Herrera Esteli Miami was rated 93 points for its amazing Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, which carries notes of cedar, earth, espresso and orange peel.

Herrera Esteli Cigars debuted to the market in 2011, when Willy Herrera left El Titan de Bronze Cigar factory in Miami to join hands with Jonathan Drew of Drew Estate, and expand their non-infused product line. He brought his expert Cuban blending style and aptitude for producing rich and smooth tasting cigars, which turned out to be a great match for Drew Estate. The Herrera Esteli Habano Edicion Limitada Lancero's, out since 2014 and scarcely seen since then, are put together in small batches exclusive to select Drew Estate retailers. Rolled by top bunchero/rollers at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, this medium-full strength cigar has a luxuriant Ecuadorian Habano wrapper covering a Honduran binder and Nicaraguan fillers. Wood tones, salted nuts and slight pepper notes make up the flavors, ending with a natural sweet finish. Excellently crafted and expected to disappear swiftly - so procuring one may be a 4 year wait!
