One of the most anticipated releases at the 2016 IPCPR trade show
was Encore by E.P. Carrillo cigars, which was named Cigar of the
Year by Cigar Aficionado 2018. Perez-Carillo's second cigar in the
Family Series, the La Historia, is a Nicaraguan cigar made in the
Dominican Republic. To draw out unique flavors with every puff,
tobaccos are bundled and wrapped in palm tree bark using a rare
tercios aging method.
