Created by cigar enthusiast Ian Reith, the El Borracho line comes from his Dapper Cigar Company. To start his company, Reith first did extensive research into the industry before turning to two of its best factories - Tabacalera Carreras and Nicaragua America Cigars SA (NACSA) – for help producing it. The Natural blend of El Borracho is produced by NACSA with Raul Disla, who has worked with Steve Saka on Mi Querida, watching over production. Alongside El Borracho, there are two other brands in Reith's portfolio - Cubo and La Madrina - that are in widespread commerce.
