Perla del Mar, which translates to "Pearl of the Sea," was a Cuban
cigar brand discontinued in 2012, but resurrected by J.C. Newman.
Now produced exclusively at J.C. Newman's PENSA factory in
Nicaragua, the brand underwent a facelift, featuring new packaging
and three new lines: Shade, Maduro, and Corojo. The Corojo blend
features an Ecuadorian corojo wrapper combined with an
all-Nicaraguan blend—promising a core of solid medium to full
flavor.
