Ashton Cigars. San Cristobal. Don Pepin Garcia. Three names that have changed the cigar industry radically over the years with their top-shelf handmades. And San Cristobal Quintessence is no different. If you haven't tried any San Cristobals yet, you're in for a real treat. I don’t know what a quintessence is, but for my money you could put this in the dictionary: “One helluva tasty cigar.” Made at the My Father Cigars factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, San Cristobal Quintessence uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper most excellently. Medium to full-bodied, this one coats the palate with coffee, spice, and a rich, unique sweetness that you’ll absolutely love. The Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers grown by the Garcia family put this one over the top, into the category of “must-have.” Great news! San Cristobal Quintessence has received a well-earned 95-point rating and the #3 Cigar of 2021, noting: "...rich, nutty and complex conveying an earthy foundation of coffee bean character, a mid-palate of baking spices and a charming, cappuccino finish."
San Cristobal Quintessence Belicoso Habano is Ashton's newest
addition to the San Cristobal line. The famous My Father Cigar
factory has been making some of the most highly rated cigars in
recent years, and this tasty cigar is no exception. In addition to
Nicaraguan binders and fillers, it is delicately rolled in an
Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, resulting in a medium-to-full body blend
with rich flavors and hints of vanilla.
