Gispert Cigars trace their origins to 1940 in Pinar del Río, Cuba, where founder Simón Veja Peláez crafted mild and approachable cigars loved by casual and seasoned smokers alike. While Cuban production eventually ceased, the Gispert brand was revived in Honduras by Altadis S.A., combining Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers with high-quality wrappers like Ecuadorian Connecticut and Mexican San Andrés maduro.
